includes the following stages:
•Design
Stage (TCCD):
This
includes the engineering study and submission of the required documents to
qualify the facility for the TIER III certificate.
•Construction
Completion Stage (TCCF):
This
involves supervising the implementation of the engineering study outputs from
the design stage and qualifying the facility for the TCCF certificate, which is
the second stage (implementation) of the TIER III certification. It includes

Company's focus is not exclusively on new data centers but also pays great
attention to data centers already in service whose investors seek to
technically rehabilitate them to comply with the requirements of the Uptime
Institute. This includes studying the current situation and aligning it with
the qualification requirements of international standards and the granting
body, which is done as follows:
•Preparing
the engineering study.
•Conducting
an assessment of the building and studying the qualification requirements for
international standards and the granting body.
•Executing
the restorative and corrective works according to the approved study from the
granting body.
•Issuing the
final engineering drawings (As-built).
